We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Each piece from The Sapphire Scroll is prepared with the same intention it was crafted with.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During sale periods or high-demand times, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
