Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece from The Sapphire Scroll. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is how we can help.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-engraved products
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
